From this module a financial department can monitor the status of payments related to jobs, purchase orders, and invoices. They can also create invoices, add individual jobs to them, send them out to clients, and monitor their status.

This is where client’s price books are created - either specific to one client or shared by a number of different clients. Employees’ overtime hours and payments are also recorded and monitored here, as are vendor invoices and fee payments.

This module is mainly for use by financial departments, however secure and limited access can also be given to other personnel, such as project managers, line managers, employees, and vendors too.
